This may well be one of the quietest weeks we have seen all year, on both the new release and sales fronts. Since our last report that ran through Oct. 9, there have been no new issues from the U.S. Mint, no big gains or losses in sales numbers and no update on bullion coin sales.

The next products to be made available are the United States holiday ornament and the youth-geared Mighty Minters holiday ornament, both on Oct. 21. Following those is the American Women quarter honoring Anna May Wong on Oct. 25. The Limited Edition silver proof set rounds out the month when it goes on sale Oct. 26.

As for sales of the products currently listed on our charts, most are modestly incremental from last week’s report. The biggest mover is once again the 2022 clad proof set with an increase of 4,456. That healthy jump brings its total to 4,456. The 2022 silver proof set posted a more modest gain of 1,722 for a total of 206,304, with the 2022 uncirculated set not far behind with an increase of 1,512 to 187,491. A notable decrease is seen for the recently released Franklin Pierce Presidential silver medal. It dropped by 1,319 for a new total of 11,423.

Buffalo and American Eagle bullion sales have not changed since last week, with the Mint’s latest report still reflecting total Eagle sales for the month of September.
