Readers of Numismatic News may be familiar with the "Armstrong Family Collection" because of the medal that sold for $2.055 Million just a little while ago.

We have recently learned that medals, flags, and other memorabilia from this collection will comprise half the lots in a Heritage Auctions space memorabilia auction scheduled for Nov. 14-15.

Among the items are the Apollo 11 Robbins medals that Armstrong brought with him into space during his mission. They have been graded by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation and certified by CAG.

Three more medals from the collection are being offered in the Nov. 14-15 auction, including one with serial number 332 graded MS 67 by NGC that is being offered as a standalone lot.

Two other Silver Robbins medals will be presented with a photograph of Neil Armstrong in his spacesuit, an Apollo 11 mission patch and an insurance cover signed by the three Apollo 11 astronauts.

Also, the auction will include four Fliteline Medals flown on the Gemini 8 mission in 1966. It is known as Armstrong's only other mission to space.
