Two additional commemorative coins for the year were announced at the end of 2018 by Koninklijke Nederlandse Munt for the Dutch Caribbean territories.

First up was a 29 mm, 11.9 g, .925 fine silver 5 guilder proof marking 190 years of the Central bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten. Mintage was 550.

Second was a 38 mm, 25 g, .925 fine silver Aruba 5 florin proof. The colored reverse shows “Soldachi,” the tiny hermit crab known as (Coenobita clypeatus) by its scientific pals. Mintage was 750.
