April Santa Clara Expo set

The next Santa Clara Coin, Stamp & Collectibles Expo will be held in the Santa Clara, Calif., Convention Center April 9-11. Millions of dollars of vintage collectibles will be on view and for sale on the convention floor.

The next Santa Clara Coin, Stamp & Collectibles Expo will be held in the Santa Clara, Calif., Convention Center April 9-11. Millions of dollars of vintage collectibles will be on view and for sale on the convention floor.

Open to the public, more than 400 dealers will be buying and selling rare coins, paper money, postage stamps, postcards, autographs, historical documents, antiques, estate jewelry and vintage sports cards. A gold coin door prize will be given away to a visitor each day of the three-day show.

Teletrade of Irvine, Calif., will conduct the official online auction of rare coins in conjunction with the show.

A children’s treasure hunt will be conducted between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 10.

Public hours are Friday and Saturday, April 9-10, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Sunday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Admission is $6. It is good for all three days. Admission is $3 for seniors age 65 and up, anyone with a valid coin or stamp club membership card, and children ages 8 to 16. Children 7 and under are admitted free. Discount admission coupons are available online at www.santaclaraexpo.com.

Free parking is available at the Santa Clara Convention Center, which is located at 5001 Great America Parkway.
