The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has introduced two new products that are now available for purchase. Included are the “2016 Texas $2 Step Currency Set” and the “2016 Happy Birthday Currency Note.”

Commemorating the 25 years of currency production at it Western Currency Facility in Fort Worth, Texas, the BEP’s “2016 Texas $2 Step Currency Set” features two Series 2009 $2 notes from the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank with matching numerical serial numbers beginning with “2016xxxx.” Each note is protected by a clear, acid-free polymer sleeve in a folder representative of Texas.

The 2016 Texas $2 Step Currency Set is $39.95 and is limited to 6,500 sets.

Featured in the “2016 Happy Birthday Currency Note” offering is a Series 2013 $1 note with a serial number beginning with “2016xxxx.” The note is protected by a clear, acid-free polymer sleeve in an attractive folder.

The 2016 Happy Birthday Currency Note is $5.95.
