Ford medal raises funds

A commemorative medal celebrating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Henry Ford is being offered for sale for $9.95 each by the Early Ford V-8 Foundation.

A commemorative medal celebrating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Henry Ford is being offered for sale for $9.95 each by the Early Ford V-8 Foundation.

Proceeds will be used to help build a replica of the Ford Rotunda Building.

It is struck in a gold finish and officially licensed by Ford Motor Company, who has agreed to accept no royalties because they believe in the Early Ford V-8 Foundation’s mission.

The gold colored medal is $9.95 each plus $3 shipping and handling.

Each medal comes in a protective trifold that informs its reader of some of the accomplishments of Henry Ford as well as the history of the Rotunda. The medal is gold finished and is 1-1/4 inches wide.
