I'm Debbie Bradley, editorial director of numismatic magazines at Krause Publications. I collect Lincoln cents, hockey pucks (the 5-ounce silver kind) and word coins with bears on them.

There is no rhyme nor reason to my collecting. I collect what I like, and I don't expect to make any money at it.

I am not an expert on coins. Not even close. I am a novice collector and proud of it.

That means I have a lot to learn. Maybe you can help teach me.

And I've got opinions. Lots of opinions.

So I thought it might be nice to chat with other members of the coin collecting community. Just a little give and take. A sharing of ideas. Maybe I'll learn a thing or too. Maybe you will too.
