NGC issues mobile app

Numismatic Guaranty Corporation has released its first mobile phone application, NGC Coin Details. The app offers verification of NGC-certified coins.

Mobile users start by scanning the barcode on any NGC U.S., world or ancient coin label or typing in its certification number.

For U.S. coins, users can view values, attribution listings, specifications, images, detailed descriptions and analysis, and upcoming auction data.

The application stores more than 100 coins in its search history.

NGC Coin Details is available for free in the iTunes App Store and Google Play.
