The Royal Canadian Mint’s gold and black rhodium plated yin-yang native animal series of 20 Dollar silver coins has been a focus of several members of the COTY Nominating Committee and an incalculable number of collectors since its release. The RCM’s wise selection of the Grey Wolf for the first issue in this series, enhanced by such a beautiful and dynamic design makes for a combination that holds ones attention like a magnet. It’s no wonder that COTY Judges cast three times the first place votes for this magnificent Crown over all contenders. In total over 60 percent of the first place rankings went to the RCM Grey Wolf, with its raw votes doubling all competition. This is the perfect way for Canada to reignite its COTY flame.
