Legend Rare Coin Auctions to Close

According to Laura Sperber, Legend Rare Coin Auctions is closing and will not be having any more sales. Laura posted a message on the Legend Auctions website to bring customers up to date on her new direction.

"2023 was a very difficult year for me. I received a new kidney in May, and it took 7+ months to recover. I am finally healed and will be at the FUN show. Upon doing some reflecting about my life and health, I decided to close Legend Rare Coin Auctions. We will not be having any more sales. All consignors will be paid on time.

NOTE: LRCA is NOT the same company as Legend Numismatics. They share zero in common save for the brand name. Legend Numismatics happens to be very healthy and is growing!

I enjoyed working with all the people I met through the auctions. We handled several hundred million of some wicked cool coins. Believe me, this decision was not easy. I say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who made Legend Auctions work as well as it did. I also thank the great staff for their dedication and hard work.
